خدمة توصيل الطلبات:
مرحبًا بكم في إيلي لاس، حيث نقدم لكم تجربة رائعة في توصيل طلباتك، مع فائق الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والسرعة في التوصيل.

بنود التوصيل:
- فترة التوصيل من الساعة 10:00 صباحا الى الساعة 10:00 مساء خلال أيام الأسبوع.
- ففترة التوصيل من الساعة 2:00 ظهرا الى الساعة 10:00 مساء خلال فترة نهاية الأسبوع.
- الطلبات المستلمة بعد الساعة 10:00 PM لا يتم توصيلها بنفس اليوم حيث يتم تأجيلها لليوم التالي بعد أن يتم التنسيق مع المُرسل والمُستلم.
- الخدمة المقدمة من إيلي لاس هي توصيل الورود والهدايا حيث و يوجد ايضا استلام من الفرع.
- في حال عدم توفر بعض أنواع الورد، نوع التغليف، لون الشريطة، شكل الفازة فالباقة المختارة سيتم استبدالها ببديل مناسب وفي حالة عدم وجود بديل مناسب (البديل مختلف عن الصورة) سيتم مباشرة التواصل مع مُرسل الهدية وايجاد بديل اخر.
- في حال إضافة أكثر من باقة وهدية في نفس سلة الطلب سيتم توصيلها في نفس الوقت او استلامها من الفرع حسب رغبه العميل.
خدمة التوصيل:
- نقدم في إيلي لاس خدمة التوصيل لمدينه جدة حاليا فقط وقريبا باقي المدن.
- نلتزم بتوصيل طلبك خلال ساعات فترة التوصيل المختارة.. ما لم يطلب مستلم الهدية تغيير فترة التوصيل لما يتناسب معه وفي حال تم تغيير فترة التوصيل من قبل المستلم نلتزم في إيلي لاس بإشعار مُرسل الهدية.
- لدينا في إيلي لاس فريق من أفضل موظفي التوصيل من خلال سيارات مبردة ومجهزة لتناسب المنتج الخاص بنا، نحن نبذل قصارى جهدنا حتى يصلك طلبك بأفضل شكل وجودة وفي وقته المحدد.
- في حال تأخر توصيل الطلب أكثر من 3 ساعات عن الفترة المختارة يكون العميل مؤهل لاسترداد نصف قيمة الطلب بشكل رصيد بمحفظة إيلي لاس.
- في حال تأخر توصيل الطلب لسبب راجع الى عدم استجابة المُستلم فإننا نلتزم بإشعار المُرسل مباشرة وإعادة جدولة توصيل الطلب في وقت لاحق.
- في حال تأخر الطلب لتقصير من فريق إيلي لاس نلتزم بإرجاع كامل المبلغ للعميل في محفظة إيلي لاس.
أسباب التأخر في تسليم الطلب لأسباب تتعلق بالمستلم:
- عدم الاستجابة في ارسال الموقع.
- عدم الاستجابة لاستلام الطلب من مندوب التوصيل.
- عدم الرغبة في استلام الطلب.
- رغبة المستلم في تغيير الموقع بشكل مفاجئ.
- رغبة المستلم في تغيير وقت التوصيل بشكل مفاجئ.
ملحوظة:
- هذه البنود لا تٌطبق في الظروف الخارجة عن الإرادة التي تتسبب في تأخير التوصيل مثل (بعض المؤسسات التي لا تسمح بالدخول اليها- بيانات مستلم غير صحيحة - عوامل مناخية -المواسم والأعياد - ازدحام مروري مفاجئ)
- المُرسل يجب عليه تقديم رقم هاتف المستلم وعنوانه بشكل صحيح وفريقنا سيكون عليه إتمام الطلب بشكل لائق.
- عدم توفير المعلومات الصحيحة مثل (رقم هاتف غير صحيح او اسم مستلم غير صحيح) قد يؤدي الى توصيل الطلب لشخص اخر او الغاء الطلب وبالتالي الى تجربة عميل سيئة.
- في حال الطلب خلال فترة الأعياد أو المواسم، سوف يتم تجهيز الطلبات خلال فترة 24 ساعة، لذلك ننصح العملاء بتقديم طلباتهم قبل 24 ساعة من تاريخ التوصيل المطلوب.
أوقات استقبال الطلبات:
- يتم استقبال الطلبات على مدار 24 ساعة.
- يتم توصيل الطلبات في الفترة المحددة في وقت اختيار الطلب طبقا لسياسة شركة إيلي لاس.

Delivery Terms:
Delivery time is from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM during weekdays.
Delivery time is from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM during weekends.
Orders received after 10:00 PM will not be delivered on the same day; they will be postponed to the next day after coordination with the sender and the recipient.
Ellelas service is limited to delivering flowers and gifts; there is no pickup from branches except in very rare cases.
In case some types of flowers, packaging, ribbon color, or vase shape are not available, the selected bouquet will be replaced with a suitable alternative. If no suitable alternative is available (different from the image), the sender will be contacted directly to find another alternative.
If multiple bouquets and gifts are added to the same order basket, they will be delivered at the same time.
Delivery Service:
We offer free delivery service within Jeddah.
We commit to delivering your order within the selected delivery hours, unless the gift recipient requests a change in the delivery time. If the delivery time is changed by the recipient, Ellelas will notify the gift sender.
At Ellelas, we have a team of the best shipping and delivery staff using refrigerated and equipped cars to suit our products. We do our best to ensure that your order arrives in the best shape, quality, and on time.
If the delivery is delayed by more than 3 hours from the selected period, the customer may be eligible for a refund of half the order value as credit in their Ellelas wallet.
If the delivery is delayed due to the recipient's non-response, we commit to notifying the sender directly and rescheduling the delivery later.
If the order is delayed due to a mistake on Ellelas part, we commit to refunding the full amount to the customer's Ellelas wallet.
Reasons for Delay in Delivery due to Recipient-related Issues:
Failure to respond to location inquiries.
Failure to respond to delivery agent.
Unwillingness to accept the delivery.
Sudden change in delivery location.
Sudden change in delivery time.
Note:
These terms do not apply in circumstances beyond our control that result in delivery delays, such as (some institutions that do not allow entry, incorrect recipient information, weather conditions, seasons and holidays, sudden traffic congestion).
The sender must provide the recipient's correct phone number and address, and our team will ensure the order is completed properly.
Providing incorrect information such as (incorrect phone number or incorrect recipient name) may result in delivering the order to the wrong person and thus a bad customer experience.
During holidays or peak seasons, orders will be processed within 24 hours, so we advise customers to place their orders at least 24 hours before the desired delivery date.
Order Reception Times:
Orders are accepted 24 hours a day.
Orders will be delivered within the specified time according to Ellelas company policy.
